This house’s main feature is that it is built around a Primavera tree, which blooms bumblebee yellow flowers every spring wrapping around, it is a staircase that leads to a rooftop terrace that is enclosed by a simulated stone guardrail with a very artistic touch.

From up here you can enjoy an ocean view on one side and on the other an alluring variety of trees set on a mountain side. Although this house is listed as being a one bedroom home, it has an ample space and can easily accommodate more sleeping arrangements.
